Decibel Meter Pro App Reviews

"Average" is not working

Im a bit disappointed because there is no much difference between "Average" and "Peak". "Average" should be supposed to give the averaged sound level over a period of time adjustable by the user . Here, that period of time is not adjustable and far too short. Hence "Average" and "Peak" give practically the same result. Too bad. Thus this app is not very useful and I would not recommend it.

Useful appli

Love this app! Realy useful to balance my speaker system.

DbMeter

It worth, but would be better if graphic and freq analysis could be made.

Its Nice, but Theo noise around us os ugly!

As above

Show!

Its cool

Cool

Thats it!

Just ok.

It seems to detect a whole lot of noise, even when its relatively quiet.

Pretty interesting!

Very Nice.

Very helpful...

...I recommend it!

Great meterering for iFamily

Great for iPhone and iPad. Once you calibrate it, works very fine for a device app.

Decibel meter Pro

Very accurate, and useful.

Not usable

This is one of these fake apps whe the skin looks nice but the actual functionality does not work. The volume calculation seems to be broken. Not usable. Not worth the money. Does not even allow to take a relative reading, The displayed volume is always in the same range, no matter how silent or loud a signal is. The values are only slighlty correlated with the actual volume.

Ok

The only thing I dont find intuitive is the sensitivity setting. If you set it to 0 it just reads 70 all the time. If you crank it to 1, you get the lowest reading. But the reading quivers. The average should maybe have a sample start-end feature so you can get a steady read.

Dysfunctional app

This app doesnt work. Max data reads. 0, sounds dont work. Very poor

Buggy

Stuck at 68 db most of the time. Not worth the money. Needs to reset it often to work. Do not pay for this.

Good to keep track of my volume

I have one of those booming voices that tend to stand out. Which in my case is not so good as I work on the phone in a small office. I can often drown out everyone else. Using this app, I can get a sense of when I am being too loud and consciously focus on bringing my volume down.

Excellent

A handy way to find out just how loud ambient noise is. Example: hand dryers in washrooms, 105 max decibels!

Great and awesome

Quick, easy and accurate great app

Excellent

Great for many things the ear encounters

Newf
